- Contact information: email or other contact methods if you want follow up (you may submit anonymously).
- Names or identifying details: about involved parties, witnesses, or organizers, if you choose to include them.
- Account information: if you are an investigator, writer, or administrator with login access.
Please share only what you feel safe sharing. If explicit descriptions are not needed to understand consent concerns, you can omit them.
Like most websites, we may collect limited technical data for security and reliability, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps, and error logs. We may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication sessions and basic site functionality.
We use information to:
- Receive and process reports related to consent and safety concerns in Colorado kink and adjacent communities.
- Assign cases to trained investigators with conflict screening.
- Communicate with you if you request follow up and provide contact information.
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the site.
- Produce de-identified, aggregated insights to improve community education and prevention (when appropriate).
Reports are intended to be viewable only by investigators assigned to the case and designated administrators within the accountability process. Access is limited using role-based controls.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Report data is encrypted at rest. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, monitoring, and secure handling practices.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in limited cases such as:
- Service providers that help us host or operate the site, under confidentiality obligations.
- Safety or legal reasons if required by law, legal process, or to address imminent risk of harm.
- Your direction when you explicitly ask us to share information with a specific party.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. If you are reporting an illegal act, you may also choose to contact appropriate authorities.
We retain information for as long as needed to support the accountability process, maintain security, and meet legal or operational requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of a report and whether follow up is possible.
If you submitted contact information and want to request access, correction, or deletion of your submission, you can submit a new report titled “Privacy Request” and describe what you need. For safety reasons, we may need to verify your request and may not be able to delete information that is required to maintain the integrity of an investigation or record of actions taken.
